烹调方法

煤气炉/电磁炉:

• 将约2.85公升的水(大概8碗)加入锅中。

• 加5颗蒜头,5朵香菇,3茶匙黑酱油,3茶匙生抽

• 加入药材汤料和1.5公斤肉类。

• 以中小火方式煮约1小时30分钟后加入2茶匙盐/适量盐调味即可。

慢炖锅:

• 将约2.85公升的水(大概8碗)加入锅中。

• 加入加入药材汤料和1.5公斤肉类,5颗蒜头,5朵香菇,3茶匙黑酱油,3茶匙生抽

• 以小火方式慢煮约3小时。

• 待最后10分钟后加入2茶匙盐/适量盐调味即可

Direction to use

Gas Cooker/Induction Cooker:

1. Pour in 2.85 litres of water 

2. Add herbs pack and meat into pot, add 5 pieces garlic, 5 pieces mushroom, 3 teaspoons thick soy sauce, 3 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons salt

3. Set at low mode to cook for 1 hour 30 minutes later and add suitable amount of salt.

Slow Cooker:

1. Pour in 1.5 litres of water and wait for boiling.

2. Add herbs pack and meat into pot, add 5 pieces garlic, 5 pieces mushroom, 3 teaspoons thick soy sauce, 3 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons salt

3. Set at low mode to cook for 3 hours.

4. Add suitable amount of salt at last 10 minutes.
