烹调方法
煤气炉/电磁炉:
• 将约2.5公升的水加入锅中待水温沸腾。
• 加入洗净后的药材汤料或肉类。
• 以中小火方式煮约1小时30分钟后加入适量盐调味即可。
慢炖锅:
• 将约1.5公升的水加入锅中。
• 以小火方式慢煮约3小时。
• 待最后10分钟后加入适量盐调味即可
适和人士:大人,小孩,年长者,素食者
不适合人士:孕妇 (孕妇适宜服用无薏仁的四神养胃汤)

Direction to use
Gas Cooker/Induction Cooker:
1. Pour in 2.5 litres of water and wait for boiling.
2. Add washed herbs or meat into pot.
3. Set at low mode to cook for 1 hour 30 minutes later and add suitable amount of salt.
Slow Cooker:
1. Pour in 1.5 litres of water and wait for boiling.
2. Set at low mode to cook for 3 hours.
3. Add suitable amount of salt at last 10 minutes.
Suitable For: Adult, Kid, Elderly, Vegetarian
